Shipping Policy

At Lavayette we ship your order the same day if you order before 11:59 PM. This way you will receive your new purchase the next day. We carefully choose between PostNL and DHL for the best delivery. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€4.95 for orders under €40
Free for orders over €40

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Follow the steps below to successfully return your order/product:

1. Email to info @lavayette. NL to register your return package.
2. Pack the items you are returning.
3. Print your return label. If you have not received this yet, we will send it to you shortly.
4. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove previous shipping labels.
5. Give the package to the carrier indicated on the label.

Track your return via Your tracking number to ensure we have received it.

As soon as the return shipment is returned to us, we will check the product for any damage/missing parts/original packaging.

If everything is in order, you will receive your purchase amount including any shipping costs for your order within 8 days. If the return shipment is incomplete, has signs of wear/damage and/or is no longer in the original packaging, you will receive up to 75% of the original purchase price back. We will then contact you about the refund.
